Help to improve green spaces, be involved in outdoor projects, attend educational events, team up with other local non-profits, and grow your social circle with like-minded individuals in the beautiful city of Boston!
We will connect you with over 160 people in your community dedicated to promoting the civic beatification of our city.
What kind of projects are included?
Educational Field Trips, Planting, and Tree Monitoring
Attend educational outings in and around the city, such as to the Arnold Arboretum and the Boston Public Garden. Help support trees, flowers, and gardens around the neighborhood. Monitor, water, and record the health, wellness, and security of the Back Bay trees. We also partner with the City to ensure trees are not damaged, or removed without permission.
What social events are held?
Horticultural Lectures, Garden Parties, and Fundraising Events
Lectures by experts on horticulture, environmental science topics, regional gardens, historic sites, and more. Flower arranging workshops and holiday wreath decorations for fundraising. Cocktail parties for member meet and greets. Community Outreach programs to connect with other organizations for hands-on gardening.
How do I become a member?
To become a member, click the join button. We will need your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and a payment of the annual membership fee.
Standard Membership:
$125 a year. This includes all the programs and events mentioned above.
Supporter Level Membership:
$175 a year. This includes all the programs and events mentioned above plus a $50 tax deductible donation.
Memberships are annual. The Member Yearbook is published in early September each year. (New members will receive the most recent Yearbook upon joining).
